General - In this document Stock Software, who hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, are the owners of the websites that have Stock Software copyright notice displayed on the bottom of all pages. 2. Stock Software do not offer or make any guarantees about any of our products or websites whatsoever. They are produced and published on an "as is" basis using third party services, servers and technologies. Stock Software have historically managed to keep our websites "LIVE" and "AVAILABLE" at least 99% of the time since we launched them, but because availability and access is often outside of our control we cannot make current or future claims in respect of availability, functionality or responsiveness. We do not offer any guarantees or warranties in respect of service levels whatsoever. This enables us to provide practical inexpensive services and solutions without the need for complex contractual agreements.

5. Access - You are permitted to view, print and download extracts from our websites for your own personal use only. You may not publish, re-publish, reproduce, transmit or permanently store any part of the site or its contents nor may you disseminate them in any form nor include them in any retrieval system whether public or private or on a cloud platform. 
   
   The use and access to the site is personal to the user or visitor. 
   
   You shall not permit anyone else to obtain access to the site nor may you do anything which would or might allow any person other than you to have access to all or any part of the site and/or any part of the information contained on it.
   
   The content and software on this site may be used as a reference resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. Your license to use the site is limited accordingly. If you breach this term Stock Software may forthwith cancel your right to access the site.
   

6. Duration - Your right of access to the site is for an indefinite term, and subject to the provisions for termination contained in these terms. Either Stock Software or you may terminate these arrangements at any time by notice served on the other.
   

7. Data Protection Act - Stock Software may, unless you notify Stock Software in writing that you do not wish this, send you information and offers for products and services. Stock Software will not sell or supply your details to other organisations.  The site has a genuine removal facility for users that wish to be removed from our site although we will retain some information in our database so that you are NOT automatically re-added at a later date. We need to record that you do not want to be listed.
   

8. SPAM - This site does not send out spam (unsolicited email) to users.
   

9. Continuation of Service - Stock Software shall not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in obtaining access to the site, whatever the cause.
   

10. Variations to the terms and conditions - Stock Software reserves the right to add to, or amend all or any part of these terms by placing details on the site.
    
    You shall be responsible for referring to those details on accessing the service. The alterations will be effective twenty four hours after first being placed on the site.
    

11. If you are not prepared to accept those changes you must serve notice to Stock Software to that effect (thus terminating your registration) forthwith; continuing to access the site as opposed to serving such notice after that time will constitute your acceptance of any such alterations.
    

12. Notices - Notices shall be served by either party by email to the email address notified by the other party from time to time. Notices will be deemed to have been served one hour after transmission.
    

13. Law and Jurisdiction - These terms shall be governed by English law and Stock Software and the user submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    

14. Commercial Partners - All commercial partners on the site are independent companies or traders and are not connected in any way with Stock Software. Consequently any contracts that are placed via any network site are placed directly with the relevant companies or traders and not with Stock Software.
    
    Payments are made directly to the companies or traders and the end supplier is responsible for responding to and for all aspects of fulfilment of all orders. Please note that orders placed with companies or traders constitute offers and do not form binding commitments on the companies or trader until they are accepted (either expressly or by conduct). Stock Software shall have no liability arising from any dealings between you and any companies or trader.
    

15. Reviews and Comment - Stock Software enables visitors to its site to post reviews, comments, and other content to the site. If you post reviews, comments, or other content on the site, you grant Stock Software a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews, comments, or other content throughout the world in any media.
    
    You also grant Stock Software the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other content by Stock Software will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
    

16. Locations - Stock Software use postcodes or geographical references to locate place-names, photographs, maps, adverts, organisations, physical sites and specific spots. We endeavour to maintain these as accurately as possible and do not knowingly misrepresent the location of a business or holiday accommodation.
    

17. Linked Sites - Stock Software is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work.
    

18. The  copyright of ALL images and words supplied or emailed or uploaded to Stock Software must be owned by the supplier or sender or they must have a license to use the text or images. Stock Software will assume that the supplier owns the copyright of the supplied words or images unless we are informed otherwise.
